TRILETY road sweeping machine

The mounted road sweeping machine produced by TRILETY consists of an interaxle unit (sweeper brushes) and the suction wagon (mounted attachment).  The interaxle unit includes 2 circular brushes and a fine spray unit to minimise dust generation during operation. The sweeper brush is powered by the compressed air unit that is built into the attachment. The high-power suction fan with hydraulic drive draws dirt and fine particles into the 3m³ dirt container. The water container for the fine spray unit holds up to 550 litres. The UNITRAC with road sweeper can also be fitted with an extremely versatile front sweeper brush, which can be incorporated in this equipment configuration with optimal results. All functions of the mounted sweeping machine can be controlled conveniently from the cab. The vehicle height of the road sweeping machine is 2.6m.

KAHLBACHER snow remover

The KFS 650 snow remover is a powerful snow clearing machine that is characterized by universal usability, high quality standards and advanced technology. Accurate coordination between the rotary frequency of the impeller and of the auger enables considerable throwing ranges even at maximum capacity. The snow remover is powered via the UNITRAC's front power take-off. The hydraulically powered, steplessly adjustable chute swivel the hydraulic baffle plate adjustment enable the snow to be thrown in a highly accurate manner. A hydraulic angle adjustment device allows the machine to be adapted horizontally to any road surface. The snow remover can be operated conveniently with the joystick of the UNITRAC.

Attachable gritter

This gritting machine is mounted on the 3-side tipper, the intensity of spreading can be adjusted by a screw conveyor. Gritting is done by a spreader plate operated from an illuminated electronic control panel.
ESL 1703 E(EW): Semi-automatic or full speed-dependent spreading of salt, grit and sand with electronic control 5-200 g/m2, 2 m3 capacity, freely adjustable operational width 1,5-6 m. Gritting stops automatically when vehicle halts.

Gmeiner Spreading Attachment

Extremely flat two-chamber spreading attachment, has a capacity of 2.0m³ and a spreading width of 1-8m adjustable in 0.5 steps.

The delivery quantity for grit is 0-40 g/m².  The spreader is designed as a compact end plate construction with reinforced floor in the area of the conveyor screws. It has a conveyor screw system with steel windings and a folding spreading mechanism which is weight-loaded by a gas-pressurised damper. The fully-hydraulic drive of the conveyor screws and spreading table prevent the drive elements from being overloaded. Spreading material and spreading table are made of Nirosta steel. Folding roof, access ladder, electrical remote control, working light and a rubber apron as well as holding supports are part of the standard equipment. The hydraulic drive is provided over the
POWERLINK vehicle hydraulics with load-sensing control blocks on the spreader.

KAHLBACHER Elastik HES 230 E snow plough

Very quiet operation and low noise emissions make this plough ideal for clearing snow in built-up areas, it also has automatic override protection. With this safety feature on any ploughshare with stepless adjustment capability, collision impacts are absorbed optimally by highly elastic special PU lower linkage arms. The special rubber elements are easy to adjust and completely maintenance-free, weather and UV radiation resistant, and are continuously expandable. The recoil of the ploughshares after passing over obstructions is absorbed gently by high-quality plastic damping blocks. The central, transverse mounting position guarantees precise level adjustment in the clearing position. Two height-adjustable guide shoes or optionally spindle-adjustable running wheels enable optimum adjustment to the street surface. Stainless steel scraper strip, position lights, snow powder protection (rubber), and side marker flags are also included in the standard equipment.

KAHLBACHER SL3 snow plough

The KAHLBACHER SL3 is a two-share lateral snowplough of high-quality, lightweight construction.

The plough is equipped with a steplessly adjustable automatic override protection. The central, transverse mounting position allows optimal adaptation to

the road. All movement functions, such as raising, lowering and slewing, are performed hydraulically by powerful cylinders. The equipment is operated conveniently using the UNITRAC's joystick. The snowplough is equipped as standard with guide shoes, a bolt-attached, low-abrasion scraper strip, position lights and a plough support.

With the quick replacement device plate, the driver can mount and remove the plough in a few minutes without assistance.

Twin-chamber grit spreader

The spreader, fitted with containers, is mounted directly onto the quick-change frame. This enables a low centre of gravity and consequently in improved vehicle stability and load distribution. Due to the two-chamber system, the use of salt, grit or a mixture of substances can be electronically controlled. Wet salt equipment for the environmentally friendly use of salt is available on demand.

DST 17 FS: discharge of thawing substances 5-40 g/m2 (speed dependent spreading), maximum discharge up to 320 g/m2, 1,7 m3 containers for sand, salt or grit, capacity of wet salt equipment 280 l.

3 – Side Tipper

Stable 3 – side tipper (120 mm wider than the standard tipper) designed especially for wide tyres (15.5/55 – R17, 18.0/55 – R18 and 425/55 – R17). The front aluminium edge wall height is 500 mm, the side and rear aluminium edge wall is 400 mm. The tipping angle at a wheelbase of 2600mm is around 50°, with a wheelbase of 3600mm at around 45°. The edge wall angle in a collapsed condition with the widest tyre size is around 10°, or only 5° when tipped up. The rear central locking and the holding supports are part of the standard equipment. The rear corner stands are removable, the locks are lowered, the floor plate thickness is 4mm and the height of the front bar beam is 700 mm. The side central locking systems are optional.
